With your health and safety as our top priority, here's how to prepare for your visit to MSI.
Reserve your tickets online.
We have reduced daily capacity, and all Museum guests—including members—must reserve timed-entry tickets to enter. Book your tickets in advance to reserve your preferred date and time with fast and contactless admission when you arrive.
Plan ahead and check availability.
We are open Tuesdays through Sundays. (See Museum Hours.) With daily capacity limited, some high-demand dates may sell out.
Planning to see Marvel: Universe of Super Heroes?
Be sure to add it to your ticket order before checkout. Dates are selling out well in advance, so there's even more reason to plan your visit now.
Masks are one of the best ways to stop the spread of COVID-19. Please wear a mask, regardless of your vaccination status, to help protect others—especially our younger and vulnerable guests. It’s good for all of us.
Starting Tuesday, August 3, face coverings that fit snugly over the nose and mouth will be required for everyone ages 2 and older—regardless of vaccination status. They must be worn at all times unless actively eating or drinking in designated areas.
Follow physical distancing measures.
Please maintain at least six feet of space between your group and other guests throughout the Museum, including the Entry Hall, exhibit galleries, stores, dining areas, elevators and bathrooms.
Ticketing, renewals, parking validation and beverage service are currently unavailable in the Members Lounge. Full ticketing and membership services are available in Entry Hall. Tickets for Numbers in Nature, the Fab Lab and the Giant Dome Theater are available at their entrances. Members are welcome to visit the Brain Food Court to obtain a complimentary cup of coffee.
Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public space where people are present. The Museum of Science and Industry has implemented enhanced health and safety measures, but we cannot guarantee that a visitor will not contract COVID-19 while on Museum premises. By entering the Museum you are voluntarily agreeing to assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure. Please help us keep everyone safe. You may be asked to leave the Museum if you do not follow the safety measures the Museum has put in place.
