Make it your mission to watch The Incredibles in one incredible setting!
To celebrate The Science Behind Pixar, MSI welcomes Movies in the Parks on Saturday, August 11 to present a free outdoor screening of The Incredibles on our expansive front lawn. There’s no better way to spend a fun summer night than watching the Parr family’s adventures while under the night sky, framed by our historic building and beautiful Lake Michigan.
In addition, you can explore the Museum right up until showtime—MSI will stay open until 9 p.m. Explore The Science Behind Pixar to learn how beloved characters like these are created and animated. Then go outside and watch the action with new insider knowledge of all the techniques involved.
The film begins at dusk (approximately 8:15 p.m.) on the Museum's front lawn and is free of charge.
The Museum will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting the Museum requires tickets for Museum Entry and any special exhibits, including The Science Behind Pixar. Save $2 per person when you book advance tickets online.
Parking is available in our convenient underground garage (charges apply) or nearby street parking.
Need a Lyft? Save 20% (up to $5 off) on Lyft rides to/from this event with code MSIMOVIE.
This program is presented as part of Movies in the Parks. Movies in the Parks is part of the Chicago Park District’s Night Out in the Parks, and is presented by Bank of America.
