December 7, 2020 Update:
It is with deep sadness that we must share the news that Henry the avalanche rescue dog, a friend of the Museum and the star of our Giant Dome feature Superpower Dogs, passed away due to complications from a medical emergency. Henry joined Griffin MSI remotely from his home in Whistler, BC for a fun Q&A, and we were all impressed and enchanted by his skill and playfulness.
Our heartfelt thoughts go to his trainer and partner, Ian Bunbury, and to everyone in the Superpower Dogs family who got to work with him. We will continue to admire Henry's exploits on the big screen, and we trust that he will live on in the remarkable work of his canine colleagues as they help keep us safe and secure.
