16 ounces creamed cottage cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup cornmeal 
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 cup buttermilk

Recipe preparation

Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar, eggs and salt in a bowl. Add the margarine, cornmeal, flour, baking soda, sour cream and buttermilk, stirring until moistened. Spoon the batter into a greased 9x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until browned.
