We are now taking applications for School Year 2023-24 courses.

We will offer Air: The Atmosphere Outside and Inside Your Classroom science teacher PD during the 2023-2024 Academic Year.

• Day 1: 10/3/23 (Cohort A) or 10/5/23 (Cohort B)
• Day 2: 11/14/23 (B) or 11/16/23 (A)
• Day 3: 1/17/24 (A) or 1/19/24 (B)
• Day 4: 2/27/24 (B) or 2/29/24 (A)
• Day 5: 4/9/24 (A) or 4/16/24 (B)

Partners will be assigned to either Cohort A or Cohort B, and course dates will largely alternate between Tuesdays and Thursdays

Session will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at MSI.

To participate, teachers in grades 3 through 8 in the greater Chicago area apply with a partner using the form below. Selection priority is given to teachers in under-resourced schools with limited experience teaching science. Applicants should have a strong desire to improve their science teaching pedagogy and a mindset that all students deserve access to high-quality, rigorous science learning experiences.
