Calling all inventors! Try your hand at manufacturing design, technology and engineering as you make an item in our fabrication laboratory, or Fab Lab. The Wanger Family Fab Lab is a small-scale workshop where you can dream up, design and make items from practical to whimsical using cutting-edge software and equipment.
We're offering two different sessions:
Laser cutting -- Create your own item (like a keychain) on our computer software, then watch as your design is printed on acrylic plastic by a laser cutter. This session is 60 minutes.
Sticker -- Design and take home a customized vinyl sticker. This session is 20 minutes.
For ages 8 and older; children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent. Chaperoned groups must be 12 or older. There is no additional cost for these programs.
