Tickets

Harry Potter™: The Exhibition requires a timed-entry ticket. There are two ticketing options for the exhibit:

Daytime Combination Tickets (include Museum general admission)

Tickets with entry times earlier than 3:30 p.m. (30 minutes before Museum closing) include Museum general admission. These daytime combination tickets are $26 for adults, $25 for seniors and $19 for children ages 3-11. On Museum Free Days (June 1-5, June 19) prices for these daytime combination tickets will not include charges for general admission.

Evening Exhibit-Only Tickets

Exhibit-only evening tickets are available for times from 3:30 p.m. until the final entry at 8 p.m. (11 p.m. on September 18, 19, 25 and 26). They do not include Museum admission. These exhibit-only tickets are $18 for adults and seniors, and $15 for children ages 3-11.

Guarantee Your Time with Advance Ticket Purchases

Advance ticket purchases are strongly recommended. Same-day tickets sell out quickly at the Museum ticket counters.

Planning Your Visit

To plan for your visit to the world premiere of Harry Potter: The Exhibition, please read the following tips and guidelines.

Arrival time

Please arrive at the exhibit entrance five minutes before your ticketed time. The entrance is in Rosenwald Court on the Main Level.

There is no photography or videography in Harry Potter: The Exhibition.

Postcards and memorabilia are available in the Harry Potter store for mementos and scrapbooking.

No food or beverages

To keep the exhibit clean for our guests, food and beverages are not allowed.

Wheelchairs

Harry Potter: The Exhibition is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair rental is available during museum hours.

Strollers

Strollers will be parked at the entrance to the exhibit. Stroller rental is available during museum hours.

Harry Potter store

The Harry Potter store is located at the end of Harry Potter: The Exhibition. This is the only Museum store with Harry Potter merchandise. It is only open to guests with a current timed-entry ticket to Harry Potter: The Exhibition. Once you exit the exhibit, there is no re-entry to the exhibit or the store. 

Audio guides

There is an optional audio guide available for Harry Potter: The Exhibition. Player rentals are $5 ($4 for members) and are available in English and Spanish.

Restrooms

There are no restrooms inside Harry Potter: The Exhibition. You will find restrooms conveniently located on every level of the Museum.
