Museum of Science and Industry members will be among the first to get a look inside the famous wizard’s magical world through Harry Potter™: The Exhibition, which will make its world premiere at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago on April 30, 2009 and run through September 27, 2009.
Guests will be able to enjoy some of their favorite props and costumes from the Harry Potter films as they tour through the exhibit space, including iconic items such as Harry’s original wand and eyeglasses, Gryffindor™ school uniforms, as well as some of the elaborate costumes worn at the Yule Ball. They will also be able to take a tour through Hagrid’s hut, enter a Quidditch™ area to toss a “Quaffle,” and may even encounter a few creatures like Buckbeak™ or a giant Acromantula spider along the way.
Member exhibition tickets must be used for this event. If needed, additional tickets may be purchased to accommodate other members of your household who are covered under your membership. The total number of member tickets and purchased tickets cannot exceed the admit number printed on your membership card. We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate non-member guests for this event. Attendance for this event is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Member exhibition tickets provided per category:
Bachelor Level: 2 tickets
Master Level: 4 tickets
Doctorate Level: 6 tickets
Member free tickets may be exchanged one time during the exhibition, but all requests must be made at least 14 days before the original ticket date. All tickets must be exchanged together at the same date and time.
