Larynges and kidneys and lungs ... oh my!
Learn about human anatomy by touching real organs – sealed in airtight plastic – in this special program provided in conjunction with the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago. You’ll be able to see and hold a variety of organs: brains, livers, lungs, cross sections of knees and feet, and many more. Find out what these organs do and how they do it, as you talk with staff and students from the university’s healthcare professions program.
This special event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and is included in general admission.
