Applications will be processed in fall 2010 for adult (age 18 and up) and teen (14-17) volunteers. You must submit the appropriate volunteer application and attend a new volunteer orientation before beginning your volunteer service.
How To Apply
To become a Museum volunteer, fill out an application as instructed below. Once your application has been received and processed by the Volunteer Office staff, you will be notified about orientation dates.
Please note: background checks will be run on all volunteers.
Step 1: Complete the appropriate application below.
Adults (age 18 and up): Fill out the Adult Volunteer online application.
Teens (ages 14-17): Download and fill out the PDF application below.
Step 2: Commit to your volunteer hours.
Volunteers must commit to a minimum 40 hours per calendar year.
Step 3: Attend a volunteer orientation.
When we receive and review your application, you will be contacted. If we can place you as a volunteer, you'll be invited to the next orientation meeting.
