Membership Registration
If you plan to visit the Museum within the next two (2) weeks, please purchase your membership over the telephone at (773) 684-1414 or in person at the Membership Counter when you visit.
Become a Doctorate of Science Member (Family)
The Doctorate of Science Level Membership admits 2 adult members plus children and 1 guest. Children must be under 18 and live in the same household.
The Grandparents Option allows Master of Science level members to bring up to 4 grandkids per visit.
Dues are $180 for 1 year or $350 for 2 years.
