Field Trip Reservations
The online Field Trip Reservation Form is applicable for field trip groups organized by public, private and home schools. If you are a tour operator arranging a visit, click here.
How to Reserve
Reservations are required for all school groups. Use the Field Trip Reservation Form below to easily book your visit online. To speak with a customer service representative, please call (773) 684-1414 with the number of children in your group, whether you are interested in a Learning Lab, Omnimax movie or special exhibit, preferred dates and times, and lunch plans. You also can fax the worksheet to (773) 947-4173.
Confirmation
We wlll contact you via email or phone within two business days to confirm your reservation request. Approximately one week later, we'll mail you a confirmation packet that includes a Group Visit Confirmation, Visitation Agreement, details on bus drop-off and pick-up, and information on what to expect. If you have not received this packet within six to eight business days of submitting your reservation, please call (773) 684-1414.
Payment and Cancellations
Full payment is due 14 days in advance of your visit unless you have made special arrangements. Your reservation will be canceled if full payment is not made 14 days in advance. You may pay with a credit card or by money order or check made payable to the Museum of Science and Industry.
Final group count must be provided 14 days prior to arrival; any students or chaperones not included in the final count will be charged full-price admission. Should you need to reschedule, cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will not be refunded.
