As part of the application process for the Museum of Science and Industry's Learning Lab Scholarship Program, we require principals to submit an agreement form that indicates support.
MSI's Learning Lab Scholarship Program offers free hands-on Learning Labs for student groups from economically disadvantaged schools in the Chicago area. The program provides up to two Learning Labs per school per year. Only schools where a minimum of 51 percent of the student population qualify for free or reduced-price lunches through the National School Lunch Program may participate.
Please fill out and submit the form below to complete your teacher's application. Applications for funding are not considered complete until we receive the principal agreement form.
