Snoozeum Group Registrations
Groups can request a reservation by filling out the online form linked below. Please give your best estimate as to the number of persons in your group. One of our Guest Admissions staff will contact you after verifying there is available space on your chosen date.
Within two weeks of our confirmation, we require a signed Leader Contract (included in the guide below) and a 30% deposit on your group's fee, based on your preliminary count of participants. Final payment and your participant roster (with final numbers) are due four weeks in advance of your event. In addition, each person in your group must present a signed Participant Agreement form at the time of check-in.
When, What, Where:
The Snoozeum usually begins at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 8:30 a.m. the following day.
You can experience the Museum at your own pace throughout the evening. “Make and Take” activities and a scavenger hunt compliment our world-famous exhibits. (A sample schedule is included in the guide linked below.) A program, with time and locations of activities, will be handed out at check-in.
Parking is in the Museum’s underground garage. The Museum can also be reached by train or bus. Directions by car, train or CTA are found on our Getting Here page. Please note: MSI is NOT on the Museum Campus (by Soldier Field) but is five miles further south on Lake Shore Drive at 57th Street.
