There are three steps in the Science Minors application process:
- Complete this online form and press the "send it" button.
- After submitting this form, download the Reference and Essay forms from the link that will be shown.
- Complete the Reference and Essay forms and mail in one envelope to:

After submitting the above information, you will be directed to another page containing a link to the Reference and Essay Form. It is important to download the form, fill it out, and return it to the specified address in order to finish your Science Minors application process.
