Exciting Hands-on Learning: Mindball
YOU! The Experience will include fun, hands-on activities such as Mindball, a game of "competitive relaxation." You play Mindball by wearing a special headband that reads your brainwaves. Two players sit opposite each other at a table, which has a small metal ball and two goals. To win Mindball, you move the ball toward your opponent by being more relaxed. Your Alpha and Theta brainwaves make the ball move. These brainwaves appear when you relax. Mindball is a fierce battle of relaxation. Whoever relaxes more wins!
How does Mindball Work?
Metal buttons on the headbands are electrodes. They measure the brainwaves in the frontal lobe of your brain. It works like an EEG (electroencephalogram).
