Excite Students: Learning Labs
Hands-on, engaging learning opportunities invite students to experience the passion and thrill of scientific discovery.
- Learning Labs- Students learn science by experimenting—completing forensics experiments in the Crime Lab, building hydrogen fuel cell cars in the Renewable Energy lab, conducting math and science investigations around the U-505 Submarine and more.
- Real access to science professionals - Students speak directly to a full surgical team and view live open-heart surgery via videoconference. That same technology will allow students to access explorers in extreme environments, scientists in world-class research laboratories and more.
More About Exciting Students:
- Learning Labs: Submerged in Math
- Teacher Cindy Rosenstein brought her group of precocious second-graders from Willow School to the Museum.
- New and Improved Lab Spaces
