Foundation Giving
The role of any museum in today's society is ever-changing. The Museum of Science and Industry is particularly adept at responding to and anticipating the needs of our community. We have continually enhanced our exhibits and education programs in-house, and they remain among the best in the world. We have also extended our mission beyond our walls, offering tools for effective science teaching to teachers and parents via the Internet and in the classroom. Foundations have always been on the cutting edge with us, funding provocative ideas and encouraging us to work better to reach more children and families.
We continue to have great ideas. Lots of them. But without the support of the foundation community, great ideas remain just that—ideas. With your help, we have the opportunity to change the status quo and inspire young people in meaningful ways that will result in real changes in their lives.
The Science Rediscovered capital campaign is funding some of our mot innovative ideas yet, including our new Center for the Advancement of Science Education and spectacular new exhibits that will serve as inspirational avenues for open-ended scientific inquiry.
