Donation Requests for Fundraisers

Thank you for thinking of the Museum of Science and Industry in planning your fundraising event. Below are the guidelines for requesting a ticket donation from MSI. Please note that all requirements must be met in order to qualify for donation.

Requirements

• Your organization must be raising funds for educational programs for children from K-12.
• Your ticket donation request must be submitted via the online donation form at least two months prior to the date of the fundraising event. The online form must be filled out completely in order for your request to be considered. Fax, email, letter or phone requests are not accepted.
• Your non-profit organization must have 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. You must enter the Tax Exempt ID number on the online form in order for your request to be considered. (If you are business sponsoring a charitable event, please ask a member of the non-profit organization to complete the donation request form.)

If your organization meets these requirements, you will be mailed a voucher good for four general admission tickets to the Museum (with an expiration date one year from your event date). Please allow 4-6 weeks for your request to be processed.
