Digital Media Intern
Department: Digital Media
Status: Temporary Paid Internship
Responsibilities
MSI is developing a variety of games and digital experiences that extend the experience of our exhibits outside of the building to users everywhere. These digital projects exist in several forms and platforms, including online, mobile, location-based, socially-driven, and teacher-facilitated, and range from casual games to classroom resources. All of our digital products have discrete learning goals and are designed for specific audiences.
The digital media intern will assist in all parts of the development process as needed, including research, conceptual development, content development, prototype testing, and evaluation. This may involve maintaining or creating new content for existing games. The intern will also play a key role in leading a summer program for teens involved in the development and promotion of a new mobile app.
